'CedarBloomHaven started with a humble vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our little pizzeria in 1985, which began as a quaint family-managed locale, with cherished recipes passed down from generation to generation.

Marco Rossi, the pioneer of our foundation, mastered the craftsmanship of pizza creation on her Italian journey, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza originated. Upon her UK return, she was inspired to offer the true taste of traditional Italian pizza, focusing on authentic techniques and the finest produce.

What first initiated as a cozy pizzeria seating a dozen people has flourished into a reputable neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to prime quality and genuine craftsmanship remains unchanged. We preserve the tradition of wood-fired ovens, our dough is prepared freshly every day, and we insist on the best ingredients available.

Presently, 'CedarBloomHaven' is still under the care of the Rossi lineage with the second generation at the helm, guiding our spirited team. Although modern adaptations have been adopted, our fundamental ethos is intact: we create delectable, authentic pizza that unites our community.
